Review for Xerox WorkCentre M20I Multifunction Printer.I have had this machine for over a year now. I agree with the previous reviewer that the scanning function should be improved. In addition to what he mentioned, if you have a small network, you cannot use the USB scan as it is not hooked directly to a computer. However, I was (eventually) able to configure the unit on my network so that I could basically e-mail documents to myself in PDF.
